How Long Are Vouchers Valid For?

Our vouchers are valid for a period of 6 months. Unused vouchers can be renewed for a small handling fee.

How Do I Redeem My Gift Vouchers?

In order to redeem a voucher simply take a look at our packages, decide on a package and the date you would like to visit us and then either call our Customer Services Team on 0844 745 5005 or your voucher online using our redemption form.

How Do I Book My Gift Vouchers?

Simply book your voucher securely online. However, if you prefer, you can give our trained activity Sales Consultants a call on 0844 745 5005 and they will be more than happy to help you with your booking over the phone.

Does The Experience That I Book Have To Be For A Specified Date?

No, our Rally Nation Vouchers have the additional benefit of being open ended for a 6 month period, so, the recipient can choose a time and date that best suits them.

Can You Send the Voucher to the Recipient?

Of course. Just let us know when you book who you would like us to send it to.

Are There Any Restrictions That I Need To Consider When Booking A Voucher?

Yes. Some of our packages may have restrictions. These are most typically in terms of age, height, weight and health. If there is such a restriction in place, it will be clearly stipulated in the activity description.

Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards with the exception of American Express. Additionally, if you wish to pay by cheque, make cheques payable to 'Rally Nation' and send to 'Rally Nation, ActivityHQ, Raglan House, Raglan Street, Harrogate, HG1 1LE'. Please ensure you stipulate which activity you are interested in and include your name address, telephone number and email address.
